Sri Lanka's heat + humidity can affect BP. Keep taking medications on schedule (jet lag adjust). Watch for: dizziness (BP too low from heat), swelling in hot climate. Bring: home BP monitor (small travel one), 2-week med supply plus buffer. Restaurant food is often salt-heavy; ask 'less salt please'.

Practical: hydrate constantly, avoid excessive alcohol, be careful with fresh coconut water (high potassium may interact with some ACE inhibitors — check with your doctor). Emergency: private hospital in every major city. Bring cardiologist's contact for consultation.
