Ask the board twice. If you are not in Kandy for 6:40, do not pretend; tomorrow's ordinary bus still leaves. A group chat is not a timetable. I will not invent a 21 Aug departure. If the reserved board is empty, take the van that is filling.
Come early or be honest. Arriving at a listed start owns a shoulder view. 6:40 is listed, not a promise the first elephant is on the kerb.
