Ask the board twice. Agree the number; kovil is a courtyard, not a tour. A group chat is not a timetable. I will not invent a 21 Aug departure. If the reserved board is empty, take the van that is filling.

Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Jaffna tuk to Nallur and then argue in a jam.
