Ask the board twice. Elder gets the slower seated van, pride stands. A group chat is not a timetable. I will not invent a 21 Aug departure. If the reserved board is empty, take the van that is filling.

Kids: skip Katugastota seated van if they already melted. Pride turns van rank into a kerb argument and then buys a plaster. Sit-mat, zip water, leave.
