Pay the booth in front of you. Ordinary park morning; I will not invent a 21 Aug closure. A WhatsApp screenshot is not a tariff I will invent. I will not invent a 21 Aug fee. If the porch is closed, it is closed; Polonnaruwa is the other pin.
