Bottled-water asking price climbing as the night deepens. Walk a block to a hotel lobby for a fair sealed bottle, or pay the curb premium once. Not inventing any official fee, not water sellers still circulating as the only thread, and not sealed water after 5 as prep.

If a hotel lobby is under a short outer walk and one adult can hold the curb, the lobby sealed bottle is often calmer. Paying a curb premium once is fine as a private bargain — there is no posted festival water rate to argue. Keep seals intact either way.
