Popular business dining: hotel restaurants (Cinnamon Grand, Shangri-La, Hilton), Ministry of Crab, Nuga Gama (traditional), 7 Degrees North (Waters Edge — great view), Odel Restaurant. Business lunches usually 1-2 hours; breakfasts 45-90 min.

Etiquette: senior person orders first (offer them the menu). Discuss business AFTER ordering, once food arrives, or at coffee. Split-check culture: usually one person pays (the host). Reciprocate at next meeting. Alcohol at lunch increasingly rare in tech/finance; still common in some traditional business.
