21 Aug leftover. two of us, daypacks, no balcony budget. Looking at Kollupitiya cafe upstairs / cafe. I do not want demand a refund at 23:00 for a blip as a speech at the kerb. power-cut: sit if it is still off, sleep if it is on feels like the desk.
