Street ATMs failing Sunday night. Can we still get cash out at a supermarket till with a card, or is that a weekday-only habit here.

Some supermarket tills still do cash-out when ATMs are dry — ask politely and buy something small. Not every branch offers it late Sunday.

Have a backup card and a Plan B for morning. Do not count on till cash-out as guaranteed.

If the till says no, accept it and use hotel exchange or wait for Monday machines.
