Can I still see migratory birds in Kumana during April?

I missed the winter migration season. Are there any specific species that are still active in the Kumana wetlands right now.

While many winter migrants have left, April is actually a fantastic time for resident water birds and some late returnees. You will see large numbers of Painted Storks, Pelicans, and Herons nesting. The rare Black necked Stork is a resident and can often be spotted near the main villu. April is also great because the park is less crowded than Yala, giving you a very peaceful wildlife photography experience.
