Curious about morning prep before First Randoli. Is there a public spot where visitors can watch respectfully without getting in handlers' way.

Keep distance, no flash, no calling out to the animals. If handlers or police wave you back, move immediately — morning prep is work, not a petting zoo.

Phones down when animals are being lined up. Quiet observation from a public verge is enough.

Do not follow service vehicles into restricted lanes. Watch from where other visitors already stand.
