Cannot hear drums from the guesthouse - is 9:30-11:00 even on or did we invent a reason to rush

Just now I cannot hear anything from the guesthouse and partner says if 9:30 theva had started we would hear it. They want to stay in. I think theva is an inner service, not a street Perahera, and the FAQ clock is the thing that started. Walk up anyway, or wait until we hear drums.

Theva is listed 9:30-11:00 at the temple. It is not the 6:28 street procession. Silence at a guesthouse inland is not a cancellation.

You will not hear Pulathisi Raja mid-morning. You will hear him at 6:28. Walk.

/live still 404, so there is no audio stream to settle the argument. FAQ hours are the source.
