Want a side-street plate while we wait. Inner ATM is inside the occupied grid. Hotel desk leftover notes, or a shop two streets back that takes a card.

Use the leftover notes. A shop two streets back will often take a card for a plate if you are short. Do not walk into the occupied grid for an ATM.

The desk changed a note for us as we went out. That was enough for hoppers and water.

We paid by card two streets back at a small restaurant. Street carts were cash only.
