After dark on First Randoli, do any water and snack carts take card or LankaQR once banks are closed, or are they cash-only. Not small-notes sourcing and not afternoon veg snacks.

Most carts after dark stay cash-only. A few fixed shops nearby may take LankaQR, but do not count on a pavement cart tapping your card. Keep small notes ready.

Pharmacies and larger shops are the likelier card or QR stops if you must go cashless.
