Cash running low for a late tuk and sealed snacks. Worth a detour to an open hotel desk ATM now, or keep one backup note untouched until the parade finishes. Not inventing fees, not cash-only carts as the main ask, and not bottled-water price climb.

If you are already near a known hotel desk, top up now before the post-finish queue. Keep one backup note untouched for the tuk either way. Do not invent how much anything must cost — just avoid ending the night cash-broke outside the lock.
