We want to cast the English First Randoli live to the hotel TV while a kid keeps the Sinhala live on a tablet. Do the two pictures stay roughly in sync, or do they drift. Not a second-adult WhatsApp pin war, and not kids-asleep room volume.

They usually stay close for a few minutes then can drift a little. Treat them as two views of the same cortege, not a frame-locked pair. If one stalls, refresh that device only.

Dim the tablet and keep TV volume low so a half-asleep sibling is not jolted when they drift apart.

Pick one as the “truth” clock for where the tusker is, and use the other only for denser crowd shots.
