West coast, 01:48, 1 Sep. Partner read east wind stories and wants the west declared safe. I think that is not how notes work.

There is no west all-clear for me to read you at 01:48. I will not invent one. West is simply not the Hambantota–Pottuvil Amber stretch if that note appears later. Chilaw–Puttalam is an ordinary road. Drive it like a road. Heat Caution is north/east/NC/Monaragala, not this hop.
