If someone feels claustrophobic mid-parade, which kind of side street still lets you duck out of First Randoli without fighting the whole flow. Not barrier timing after 3 and not outer-ring viewing.

Claim near a known side street from the start. Mid-parade, move with the thinner flow toward that lane rather than pushing against the cortege. Police may redirect — follow their hand signals.

Wider connector corners are calmer exits than trying to cross the active lane.

Once out, do not re-enter the densest ring the same night if anxiety is high — watch from further back.
