Friday 28 Aug, Kandy is ordinary town once the night cortege is done. We are at shoe counter at the Tooth with no night crowd. Quiet courtyard curiosity. Festival ended today after Dahawal, no night restart. Asking before we pay a leftover tout. White set still damp on a chair.
