Puddle like a small tank on the clock-tower stretch. Lighthouse side looked drier from the lane. We have an hour before a van.

Loop the drier side. Ponding after leftover rain is ordinary. Nobody drained the Fort for you. Tea, then the wall that is not a pond. Do not wade for a photo. The stones will still be here this afternoon.

We did lighthouse side first. Clock-tower after it dropped. Fine.

Closed shoes if you insist. Sandals in a pond is a clinic.

We took the quieter fork on this: Clock-tower side of the rampart still ponded after the rain. Fine. No one clapped.
