Land in 40 minutes. Kids are done. Booking.com Negombo still free-cancel until noon. Fort hotel wants a 3am check-in WhatsApp. Ordinary bags. What would you actually do.

Negombo. Canal-road pin, 20 minutes, bed. Fort at 3am with two sleeping kids is a speech at the kerb plus a tired lobby. Dump, sleep, hop after breakfast. We did this last month. Fine.

We pushed Fort. Regretted the last 40 minutes. Kids woke and nobody was kind.
