CMB flipped to Moderate mid-morning - airport board twitch or cancel 6:28

Just now FlightStats shows CMB Moderate and increasing, updated mid-morning. Earlier it looked quieter. Partner thinks we should scrap 6:28 and sit near the airport. I think it is a board score, not a Kandy cancel. Which is it.

This morning, FlightStats CMB is Moderate / increasing / score 2:25, last updated about 53 minutes earlier (~10:00). Weather line Broken / 30°C / 10 kt WSW / vis 6 mi. That is not a published terminal shutdown.

A delay-index word is not a Maligawa cancellation. Table still 6:28 PM.

If you have a late flight after Perahera, pad time - do not invent a reason to skip the street from a Moderate score alone.
