CMB looking quiet this morning - still go early or relax the buffer

Flight out of CMB later today. The airport looks calm this morning with no delay notices we can see. Do we still leave with the usual international buffer, or can we relax it a bit.

A calm morning is not a reason to cut your buffer to nothing; keep your usual international margin and enjoy a slower taxi.

Do not add panic hours either; if the board is calm, a normal early leave is enough.

We still plan the usual three-hour international buffer; a calm morning at CMB is nice, but traffic on the airport road is its own delay.
