Need data for PickMe. Arrivals desk looks half-shut. Partner wants any kiosk at any price. We sleep Negombo. I can wait six hours if town SIMs are ordinary.

If the booth is shuttered, wait. Airport kiosk at 1am is a maybe, not a rule. Negombo town in the morning is ordinary SIMs. Do not buy a roaming brick from a suitcase man. Wi-Fi in the hall is enough to write a pin.
