Flight later. We are in Jaffna town ATM. Phone is full of Kandy drums (4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM). Kid already melting wants to 'go early just in case'. Ordinary bags, no suitcase theatre.

Leave in the ordinary window for Jaffna town ATM to CMB unless you have a real reason. Kandy's 4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM is a Kandy street, not an airport closure. Do not invent a island-wide jam from a procession in another town. Traffic is traffic. Build a buffer, not a panic.
