CMB timing from Pigeon Island jetty on 26 Aug — leave in the ordinary window or we copy a 4am panic because of the 4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM

Flight later. We are in Pigeon Island jetty. Phone is full of Kandy drums (4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM). Two of us wants to 'go early just in case'. Ordinary bags, no suitcase theatre.

Leave in the ordinary window for Pigeon Island jetty to CMB unless you have a real reason. Kandy's 4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM is a Kandy street, not an airport closure. Do not invent a island-wide jam from a procession in another town. Traffic is traffic. Build a buffer, not a panic.
