Emerging. A few Nuwara Eliya wellness properties (Grand Hotel spa, Heritance Tea Factory spa) offer cold plunge pools. Also spring-fed streams in Horton Plains area accessed via guided wellness treks. Water 10-15°C — genuinely cold at that altitude.

For serious cold-water enthusiasts: waterfall pools in the hills (Baker's Falls area for confident swimmers, guided). Wim Hof-style breath-plus-plunge sessions rare but a few Colombo studios starting. Always warm up carefully after.
