Cold plunging or natural spots for ice baths / cold water therapy?
I'm into cold exposure. Any natural cold water spots or places that offer proper cold plunges?

Some highland streams, reservoirs, and waterfalls offer naturally cold water, especially in the mornings. A few wellness centers and eco-lodges have installed cold plunge pools or offer guided cold water experiences. Traditional Ayurvedic centers sometimes incorporate cold treatments. These aren't as common or commercialized as in some Western wellness scenes. The natural cold water spots require local knowledge for safety and access. Some guesthouses in cooler hill areas can point you toward good spots if you ask.
The natural cold streams in the hill country can be surprisingly effective. Just be sensible about safety and don't overdo it if you're not acclimated.
