Colombo 187 first bus from Katunayake — cash, not a tourist van that 'replaces' it at 1am

Van says 187 cancelled tonight so the van is the bus. I do not believe a named cancel without a board. Two backpacks. Negombo sleep if the bus is after 5. Flight already landed.

Do not take a van that announces a cancel. 187 is cash when it runs; night gap is a gap, not a tourist replacement class. Sit arrivals, licensed PickMe, or wait for the first real 187. Negombo sleep is a pin, not a speech.
