Considering a day scooter from Wellawatte 1 Sep. Desk already muttering fuel. Helmet looks like a prop. I can ride. I can also take the train.

399 for 92 if you fill it. Helmet is not optional on the road, and a prop helmet is a prop. Ask for a real one or do not take the bike. Fuel upsell at 475 for 95 is a preference. I will not invent a 1 Sep scooter levy. Train is still allowed.
