Colombo eight o'clock column is 30 and gusts 43 - roll the A1 or sit the drizzle
Just now Colombo eight o'clock is 30 degrees and gusts 43, zero rain this hour. At seven it was 29 and gusts 32. Friends still in Colombo asked if they should wait out a shower. I think the live hour is dry and they need the A1 now if they want 6:28 PM. Tell them to roll, or wait for the 9-11 light rain.

Foreca Colombo on the 7:26 stamp: 8am 30 C / 79 percent / 0 mm / gusts 43 / under 10 percent. 9 to 11am light rain 0.1 mm. 3 to 4pm 0.1 to 0.3 mm. 9pm still 0.1 mm / 35 percent. Kandy 6:28 PM is not Colombo's 9 to 11 column.
If they want a kerb at 6:28 PM they should already be rolling. Light rain at 9 to 11 is 0.1 mm, not a reason to sit in Colombo until afternoon.
