Notes thin. Fort machine already a line at 8. Pettah might be worse. Card works at the guesthouse but we need cash for tuks and fruit. Not inventing a cash shutdown.

Try the next machine, then the Pettah-side one, then a bank hall if you have ID. Fort ATMs run out when everyone thinks the same on a return Monday. Queues, not a shutdown. Do not change money with a cousin and a POS on the pavement.
