Seats on the morning one were gone. We are on a 16:50-ish intercity into Kandy. Second Kumbal listed 6:41. Is that enough if we dump bags at a town room, or should we skip tonight and stop pretending.

Enough only if the room is actually town and the bags dump is real. 16:50 arrival plus a jam plus a shower is how you arrive at 18:30 to a second row of umbrellas. Leave the bags, walk, skip the tea ritual.

Goods-shed is not a procession view. If you land there, tuk or walk immediately. Do not hunt a plate.

We did a late intercity last year and watched from a lake gap. Fine. Not a front kerb. Decide which you actually want.
