Colombo lunch packet from a Fort lane versus a bakery sit before the afternoon board
Seated at 14-something. Hungry. Fort lane packets look fast. Bakery has a queue of shirts. I am not asking roti prices. I am asking what will not wreck an elder stomach before a packed carriage. 31 Aug Monday.

Packet from a busy lane with turnover is the ordinary office lunch. A bakery sit is slower and fine if the elder wants a chair. The loaf +10 is on the 450g loaf, not a reason to skip food. Eat, then the board. Do not turn lunch into a flour thread.
We did packets, stood in shade, boarded. Fine. Elder vetoed the mystery curry and took the egg.
If the bakery queue is moving, a bun and tea is enough. Pride needing a 'last proper meal' misses the rake.
