Colombo, Negombo or south-coast short tuk hops — any discount after the petrol cut?
Short tuk hops in Colombo, then Negombo, then down toward Galle and Matara. Petrol is 15 rupees cheaper on 92. Should those short rides actually cost less today, or is it the same quote everywhere?

Same quote. The association hold is national, not a Colombo-only thing. Meter or negotiate from Rs. 110 first kilometre and Rs. 90 extra. Plenty of roadside quotes still sit around Rs. 110-120 because the draft is not law. A 15-rupee 92 cut does not mean a cheaper Negombo beach-road hop or a Galle Fort short ride today.
Colombo short hops were the same as before the cut. Nobody knocked 15 rupees off because the pump moved.
South-coast short hops were the usual agree-before-you-sit routine. No driver offered a petrol-cut discount.
