Colombo streets feel quieter than our last Saturday here. Lots of farewell coverage on TV. Is the hush about that, or is this just a normal sleepy weekend mood.

When farewell rites dominate the news, parts of Colombo do go softer - fewer loud plans, more people at home. Not every quiet Saturday is that, but it fits today.
