21 Aug, one dumped suitcase at the room, daypacks for the pin. We already stood two or three Kumbal nights and mostly learned backs and umbrellas. Desk says fourth Kumbal is listed 6:40. Is Yatinuwara Veediya cones the actual line tonight, or is Bogambara kerb the kinder gap with an exit. First timers still in our group, no balcony budget.

Hold Yatinuwara Veediya cones only if you will arrive early and sit low. 6:40 is the listed start, not a promise the first elephant is on the kerb at 6:40. Bogambara kerb is a side view and an easier leave. Follow people, do not argue with tape. I will not invent a reserved metre or a street fee.

Token in the pocket at cone line. Hats off. A 2019 blog is not 21 Aug. Follow the counter in front of you.

We paid one soda, cooled, left toward Bogambara kerb. Fine. Occupying shade with a bottle you brought is the rude version.

Closed shoes at cone line. Sandals after leftover rain is how you meet the clinic. Walk the inside lane.

Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Yatinuwara Veediya cones and then argue in a jam.

If it is steaming at cone line, sit. If not, pack fruit and walk to Bogambara kerb. Biscuits in the bag anyway. The wait is the hungry part.
