Contact lenses feel sandpaper-dry after about three hours of street wind and dust. Lobby rinse now, or push through. Not contacts fog mid-parade, and not eyes from incense smoke alone.

Sandpaper lenses are a peel-and-rinse cue. Lobby bathroom, rewetting drops if you carry them, then hotel live. Rubbing lenses on the curb in dusty air makes it worse.

If a kid is also rubbing eyes, peel as a group.
