We are counting elephants as they pass as a rough how-much-is-left proxy because we have no programme sheet. Sensible, or too easy to miscount on First Randoli.

Sensible as a rough family game, but easy to miscount when animals overlap or the camera-side curb hides some. Use it for morale, not as a clock for when to leave.

Early flags and dancers are not elephants — do not start the count until the bigger animals actually pass.
