Factories are not closed by a Nuwara Eliya gazette plan. A shop cup is enough if leftover bodies will not stand a tour. In Nuwara Eliya this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not fly a drone at a ruin. Tea after.
