Day guide took photos of us all afternoon and posted to Facebook without asking — confront or let it go?
Lovely day guide, good English, then I found an album on his public Facebook with our faces, kids included, geotagged at the temple. Nobody asked. Partner says leave it. I feel weird. How do travelers handle guides using guest photos for their page — polite delete request, or is this so common people just accept it?

You can ask kindly for removal or blurring, especially for children. A short message or call — please take our photos off your Facebook, we did not agree — is enough for most guides who want good reviews. Going forward, say at the start of a hire that you prefer no guest photos on social pages. I will not invent a photo-consent fee. Letting it go is your choice; asking for deletion is also normal and not an insult if you keep the tone warm. Kids faces are a fair hard line.
Polite ask, album gone within an hour. He still got a good tip and a kind review.
