Agree a tuk drop on Peradeniya Road or Katugastota Road, not on Raja Veediya at 2:18 PM. The grid is cones and shoulders. cafe balcony over Dalada you reach on foot with bottles already bought. We used a baby carrier, not a stroller, on cafe balcony over Dalada for Final Randoli. Stroller people were parked in doorways looking miserable. Carrier was the whole trick. Shoes you can stand in, not the pretty pair.
