Day procession 28 Aug 2:18 PM: stroller more realistic in daylight — still on Friday?
Data is thin near the grid so I am asking here. Dahawal Perahera is listed 2:18 PM on Friday 28 Aug. Festival ends after that. Stroller more realistic in daylight. I will screenshot whatever you say and stop refreshing Facebook live.

Agree a tuk drop on Peradeniya Road or Katugastota Road, not on Raja Veediya at 2:18 PM. The grid is cones and shoulders. Bennet Soysa Veediya you reach on foot with bottles already bought. Dahawal is the day procession at 2:18 PM, not a night replay. Kinder for kids and elders, harsher sun. No Saturday Kandy restart after it. Leave a margin for the walk back.
We used a baby carrier, not a stroller, on Bennet Soysa Veediya for Final Randoli. Stroller people were parked in doorways looking miserable. Carrier was the whole trick. Water in the bag beats a maybe stall.
Cash before you sit. The stall behind Bennet Soysa Veediya wants notes. Card machines pretend to exist. Call the desk before you guess a late checkout.
