Jaffna islands still run. Monday is Caution, not Extreme. First light, then AC. Causeways are not closed. This is not the marine Amber. In Jaffna this is an ordinary leftover decision. If the desk already holds, keep it. We would not put kids on a packed night run. Then shade.
