Jaffna islands still run. Monday is Caution, not Extreme. First light, then AC. Causeways are not closed. This is not the marine Amber. Walk around Church Street. The Fort is not sealed. In Jaffna this is an ordinary leftover decision. If the desk already holds, keep it. We would not stand in noon sun for a maybe. Then shade.
