Jaffna islands still run. Monday is Caution, not Extreme. First light, then AC. Causeways are not closed. This is not the marine Amber. Pay AC or a seat. An elder is the timetable. In Jaffna this is an ordinary leftover decision. If the desk already holds, keep it. We would not stand in noon sun for a maybe. Then ask the desk which gate.
