Dialog tourist desk after immigration, arrivals, left of the changers. Passport, ten minutes, tourist pack. Mobitel was shuttered when we landed 01:50. Don't buy from the laminated-card guy in the queue.

If Dialog is a crowd, Mobitel next window is the same product for a night hop. We used Mobitel at 6am. Fine. Screenshot the number they write.

Airalo got us off the jetway. Physical SIM at the desk still helped inland. Do both if you already paid Airalo, or just the desk if not.
