Dialog desk Kollupitiya morning of 20 Aug — still a real queue or we stretch maps offline
Passport in hand. Leftover flight brain. Maps die inland. Not a lane cousin.

Do the desk this morning. Passport. Queue. Not a lane cousin. I will not invent a desk fee. Screenshot pins before data dies. Stretching dead maps until after 6:53 is how you lose each other on a Kandy kerb. Ordinary morning queue.
BIA SIM kiosk exists if you are still airside enough. Town desk is calmer. Passport either way.
We did the desk at 09:30, screenshots of a lake lamp. Fine. After drums the map was a blob anyway.
Offline maps plus a meeting lamp. Still do the SIM. Pride argues with a dead pin.
Fort ATM after the SIM if notes are thin. Daylight. Screenshot the balance.
