eSIM is sulking on Ella town ATM data. Desk wants to sell a tourist pack. We fly later this week. Not trying to own two numbers for sport. 26 Aug.

If the eSIM still does data in town, leave it. A shop pack is ordinary if the eSIM is actually dead, not just slow in a pocket of Ella town ATM. Ask the Dialog/Mobitel desk what they actually activate today. Do not invent a island-wide outage. Screenshot the plan before you pay.
