In town both look fine. Toward Point Pedro and the islands, which pack actually holds? I will screenshot maps anyway. Not looking for a brand speech.

Screenshot maps in Jaffna town either way. Inland and cape data dips on both. Dialog is common; Mobitel is also common; the honest move is a physical SIM that you can reload in town and offline maps. Do not wait to buy a pack on a tray at a junction. If the QR will not scan, buy the paper SIM at a bright counter.

We used Dialog, still lost data past the last roundabout. Maps were already saved.
